10 Questions with Shigeru Miyamoto

Over the weekend I read this column in Time magazine, and I just loved the picture they included. It's a little small on the website but that's Iwata, Miyamoto, and Fils-Amie in Mii form on his shirt.

People submitted questions and he answered a few of them. Just another bit of proof that games are entering the mainstream in this country.

Here's a sample:

What do you say to the gamers who accuse Nintendo of catering to the casual gamer and not the hard-core gamer?

At E3 [a gaming trade show], I was a little concerned about defining people as a hard-core gamer vs. a casual gamer. But there are hard-core gamers who play a lot of casual games. Nintendo's focus is to break down the barriers between those two groups and consider everyone just gamers.
