Best Buy Canada Getting More Wii's This Friday

If you missed out on freezing your butt off in line up here this past weekend and didn't score a little white box at launch, I've got some good news that should warm your Wii-less soul. Best Buy Canada will be getting more Wii's in stock this Friday, with a minimum of 20 new consoles per store. No word yet on US stores, but chances are if we're getting them Friday, US consoles can't be far behind.

It seems it's the same here in the states as well. So I guess that means if I want that extra nunchuck controller I have to go out in that mess of humanity tomorrow???

Only if you can find one. On Sunday, I hit ten stores in two cities (no joke) before I found a store that had ONE left.

I don't know where you guys are getting your info but it is now Dec.6 in the greater toronto area and I have yet to see another wii unit since original launch and no one seems to know when they are coming(Toys r us,Zellers, Wal-mart,EB games,future shop ,Best buy says friday dec.8 but I don't know how much faith I should have in that.Wtf is going on?

The systems are trickling in. The gamestop shop I got to got 10 the other day, and there were 12 people in the store waiting. It's really luck of the draw.

I know that another shipment will be comming in this Friday as well. I just want to know if anyone knows if there were night-before lineups outside the stores for last Friday's shipment. Thanks. I don't know if I should be waiting the night before or not. I hope not o.O

Im pretty sure people have been going in in the morning. At my local Gamestop parents are just hanging around waiting for the UPS guy that comes around noon. That store has been handing out tickets ahead of time. Good Luck!
