Buku Sudoku, Warlords on XBLA tomorrow

JOY! We don't usually report on Live Arcade releases unless something really catches our eye, and this one caught mine. I've been excited about Buku Sudoku ever since the first screens popped up a few months ago. Underneath all of that spit and polish, is it probably just another generic Sudoku game? Sure -- but I'll be damned if that spit and polish doesn't look nice. Check out this Kotaku post from a few months back showing off some other drool-worthy screens.

Also - Warlords.

As I am very biased being with the publisher of the game, I do feel we are not just another Sudoku game. The designer, Ben Moy, is the consummate gamer and he implemented multi-player designs that has never been tried with Sudoku before. Also, where else can you find a Sudoku game that you can play with a dance mat or big button pad?

Warlords was one of my favorite games back in the 2600 days. I even played it a fair amount in that Atari anthology that his the PSP not long ago. Could be fun with the xbox camera support buil in.

More importantly, City Connection his the Wii VC this week!
