busy.jpgIn the past few weeks there's been a hell of alot of changes around here, and luckily it's all been positive. The site is really taking off and I have you guys out there reading to thank. First bit of news is that I've recently been asked to contribute to 2 other blogs, Siliconera and NextLust.

Siliconera should be a stranger to no one, they're quite a kickass gaming site. I''ll be bringing the goofy bbps wit that all you people have had to endure the past year. Let's hope the site survives. NextLust is a tech/gadget blog from the guys behind Destructoid. It's exciting to be part of a large group of established bloggers.

Of course this place is priority #1! In that vain, we're undergoing some upgrading as well! It's my pleasure to welcome four new writers to the group.

Rich has posted here once or twice before, but has decided he'd like to be more involved (finally). Which is great cause he really knows his stuff, especially with Metal Gear. He's somewhat of an expert.

Liam comes to us all the way from Ireland. We're all looking forward to both hearing about gaming in Europe, and his obvious love for video game music. He's a kick ass writer I can tell you that.

Danny M has been a reader and regular commenter (quickest way into my heart) for quite some time. Lucky for us, he's also a sports game nut. So now that pretty much falls on him. And even though his favorite English soccer team is Manchester United, we're letting him in anyways.

Last but not least, Jeremy. He used to have a job as a copy editor so I expect the blog to be covered in red marks from misspellings and grammar mistakes any day now.

Also... We're in the process of adding in a forum, so you readers out there can debate such important topics as "What the hell is up with all the Word Cotton! and Red Stripe references?"

Seriously we'll be using it for contests, news tips, recruitment, and conversatin'. So watch for it!

Well I guess its only right if I, the long time regular commenter, had the honors of the first comment.

I would just like to point out that, I plan on doing my best to bring you different perspectives and thoughts regarding the sports genre, as well as "random nonsense". Hope you like!

Here's hoping we'll become one big happy family... in a completely non-homosexual manner, of course. :3
