ChipTuesday: Nullsleep to Guest on Bit.Trip Void

Bit.Trip Beat and Bit.Trip Core are out. Two down, four to go. So what's next in the WiiWare series that features an 80's vibe and chiptunes galore? That would be Bit.Trip Void. Beat had you playing Pong with yourself. Core had you shooting flying blocks. And the aptly named Trip will have you controlling a black hole, eating up black pixels like candy and avoiding white ones like the plague. Hopefully the gameplay won't suck, but at least we know the soundtrack won't. That's because Nullsleep, one of the most prominant chiptuners around, and main man behind 8bitpeoples, will be contributing to the score. Whether he is only making a quick appearance or is scoring the entire game is unknown, as Core's press release vaguely states, "Aficionados of chiptunes will definitely want to groove to the beats of chiptunes master, 'Nullsleep'!" More news as it comes, but in the meantime, check out some of Nullsleep's stuff at his official site.
