All my friends are going to hate me. I already get ragged on for being "obsessed with Twitter," and "never leaving my room," but I'm an indoor kid; a nerd, if you will. Now Microsoft has just given more fuel to my friend's fire as they've announced upgrades to the streaming Netflix service, as well as integration with last.fm, Facebook and Twitter.
The Netflix updates are a very welcome addition. No longer do I have to browse the countless instant titles on my Macbook in the middle of the night to find something new to add. Instead, I can check out the Netflix library right from my Xbox360. Yes! There's also the new Xbox Live Party feature, which will allow you to share movies with up to 7 applicable friends. From the screenshots shown, it seems as if you're avatars will relax in a theatre while your movie plays above. No more trying to make sure my pals and I push PLAY at the same time anymore to chat about a movie.
The beautiful and talented nerd crush icon Felicia Day (of Dr. Horrible and The Guild fame) introduced the new last.fm, Facebook and Twitter integrations, due out this fall. While details were sparse, the last.fm will stream music and your profile's interests onto your console, and share the data with both 360 friends and last.fm friends. Facebook should work similarly, showing your Facebook friends and their related gamertags together at last. The newest Tiger Woods title will support a feature that will allow you to upload photos of in-game accomplishments directly to your facebook. Visual proof that you did indeed earn your gamerscore. And while Twitter had the least amount of info, I can only imagine a feature that would automatically tweet when you earn a new achievement and can then brag to all your followers about your newly increased gamerscore.

The Xbox is seriously becoming an all-around media center and features like these will make it even more of a living room must-have. Gaming, music, video content, and social mediums all in one box: what's not to love?
