It's hard to get me excited about Pre-orders these days. Most of the crap they try to entice you with is just that... crap. But I gotta say GameStop is giving out something worthwhile enough that I'm actually going out of my way to pre-order the game with them!

We already knew that Sackboy was going to get a sweet looking Kratos outfit, but now we're seeing that we're also getting a Medusa and Minotaur outfit, as well as a GOW themed level. Good stuff

they say we were suppode to get a sackboy doll also (but due to short comings of developement they are giving a t-shirt for now, and down the line we are suppose to get the doll, but how is what i would like to know? any which way i did get the t-shirt and i went yesterday to reserve my copy, all they gave me was the promotion code for the kratos costume) so i would really like to know how will i get all the other promised goodies that was suppode to come with me game.

Side note: I went directly from this post to Gamestop.com and preordered the game. About 20-30 minutes after I placed my online order I received a phone call asking me if I did indeed place the order myself for Little Big Planet. Told them yes and they said that was all they needed to know.

Thought that was nice, just wanted to share.

So when you order from Gamestop.com do you still pick it up in the store? Cause there's no way I'm waiting for that game to ship out to me

You can now pick it up at the store but since I don't have a PS3 yet and I'm super lazy I chose the cheapest shipping method though I did still get charged tax.

I went to pre-order in person tonight and after asking the guy nicely (twice) to look and see if the codes were in the store now he found a card for the pre-order people... It's got a scratch off area with the code to enter when LBP drops

killquick: According to GameStop's site it's everything that anyone else will, just that the codes will be emailed to me.

You know those codes are going to wind up on GameFAQs or some such 2 seconds after LBP jumps into someone's hands. Why even bother with GameStop?

That said, I'm super excited about getting to play around in LBP!

@Tralfaz:

Actually I'm not so sure, since they're scratch-off cards I figure the codes might be unique and therefore 1 time use only... Time will tell...
