In case you missed it yesterday, Epic Games Inc.’s lead designer Cliff Bleszinski closed Microsoft’s GDC keynote address with the announcement of the Xbox 360 exclusive Gears of War 2. Expected to launch this November, GoW2 "continues the story of Marcus Fenix and Delta Squad in an epic saga of survival, loss and retribution". And blood. Lots and lots of blood.

Looks like Quake V. Maybe in this one, you can actually fight on more than the horizontal.
