Guitar Hero faceplates by Coop!

So if you're a regular 'round these parts you probably know the only thing I thought Guitar Hero III was good for was the guitar itself... the game can take a long walk off a short pier (I like to use lame one-liners in reference to lame games, don't like it? Tell Neversoft to make a decent game). To this day I use the GH3 guitar for all my Rock Band action.

In addition to liking the Guitar Hero 3 guitar I'm also a huge fan Coop's art. I've got a print of one of my favorites on my wall and his art books on my shelf. So when I saw he was making faceplates for the GH3 guitar I knew I was getting one. And get one I did!

Not sure how long these have been available but it was new to me and I don't remember seeing it mentioned anywhere else... this would've hit my radar. Interested? You can buy 'em here!

I dunno... I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority on this one, but I like the RB guitars better. It's just easier for me to slide down to Orange. Virtually everyone I know prefers the GH guitars, though... be it the X-plorer (that right?) GH II guitar for 360, the GH III guitar, or what have you. But I guess nobody likes the new GH: WT guitars.

*shrug* To each their own, I suppose.

Oh it's definitely personal preference, there's no right or wrong on that one. I figure I prefer the GH guitars cause I "learned" on them and will have to re-learn some tricks on the RB guitars...

Plus, for whatever reason I like the clicky strumbar

I have to agree with Dan (shocking isn't it) I love the GHIII guitar. I used it for RB and GH. It's an amazing design and it works great. I'm pretty good with the RB guitar I just don't like the feel if it. I also agree with you on the quality of the game..GH jsut got too insane. I got to use the new GH guitar at X08, and it's not bad, but I don't like the game, so it's pointless for me.

While I'm a fan of the GHIII guitar, I've heard the RB2 wireless Strat is awesome. Furthermore, if a wireless version of the MadCatz Fender Bass is released, I'm all over it.
