Ah, the wonders of YouTube.  Here we have a training video sent to retailers from Nintendo.  The video shows employees how to make anyone with a hardware problem feel like a jackass.  Watch carefully.  There will be an exam.

I think it's the E-prom...

While the clip isn't side-splittingly funny, I do get a kick out of seeing all those old games actually on a shelf.  Those were the days.  I've even still got my official Nintendo cleaning kit.

Yup, it got bombed in the Gulf War, yet it still works. I saw it with my own eyes back in the summer - they keep it in the mini-museum of Nintendo World in NYC, along with a gameboy lite, Game & Watch systems, and all sorts of limited edition systems.
