Casual gaming coming to the iPod

During the early portion of Steve Jobs' Media Event, the announcement was made that games would be available to buy for your iPod from the iTunes music store.

iPods have until now come with simple games like breakout and solitare. Games for sale include: Bejeweled, Cubis 2, Mahjong, Mini golf, pac man, tetris, texas holdem, vortex, and zuma. All games will supposedly sell for 4.99.

Will these sell at all? How many places do we need to play our games? and how will the games play with the iPod wheel? Seems like it might just be too cumbersome to be enjoyable. Cell phones may be better suited for gaming. But I'm still sticking with dedicated gaming handhelds.
