JellyCar, Topple now on iPhone

Just a heads up for those excited by the news earlier this week that Jellycar would be heading to the iPhone as a free download. It's available on the service now, and at the low cost of free you've got no excuse not to try it (even if you somehow missed it's kick ass XNA demo). I've only had a few minutes with it so far, but from what I can tell it seems to deliver exactly what you'd expect.

Also debuting on the AppStore this week? Topple. It's a block stacking game that smacks of personality, and it'll set you back 99 cents. After seeing the game in action, I'm willing to toss a buck its way and see how it pans out. Besides -- there just aren't enough good block stacking games out there. I was hooked on the one in Clubhouse Games, but haven't found another worth my time since. Now if only Topple had multiplayer...

Expect reviews of both titles to hit in the coming days.

Topple's art direction is so much more interesting than Boom Blox... if you must put weird little faces on blocks, that's how you do it.
