Fantastic news! And out of nowhere! Neo-Geo, while being a tad pricey in it's heyday did do exactly as promised, it brought the arcade games into the home. That being if you didn't mind spending $200 a cartridge or $700 for the system (pretty soon we'll be getting back to those prices). So while I played my fair share of Neo-Geo games in the arcade, I never had the chance to play one at home. Until now. Racketboy is reporting that hidden in the unreadable (to me... yet) text on Nintendo's Japanese site is news that Neo-Geo games will be making their way to the Wii Virtual Console. This makes me happy. In college I spent more time playing Samuari Showdown than I did in some of my classes. There's a damn good backlog of games, any chance we can make the online capable??? This is my only fear, and I think I'd rather see these games on the 360 for just that reason. Online play.
