New Halo 2 multiplayer maps available for download [update]

To me, this came out of nowhere. Of course I don't routinely play Halo 2, actually never, so maybe this news slipped out awhile back and I just never took notice. Either way, if you're still a Halo 2 junkie, now you can add two new multiplayer maps into the mix, for the price of $4. They're called Tombstone and Desolation.

There's a little bit of a hiccup though. Since Halo is an Xbox 1 game, you can't use your marketplace points.

From Bungie's site...

"It's an original Xbox download, so there's no way to use MS points - and you WILL need an Xbox Live Gold account to download and play, since the original Xbox (even in BC mode) can't tell the difference between gold and silver. But you CAN use these on 360, just so we're clear. You just need to use a credit card for the purchase, instead of marketplace points."
