...And so it begins. Usually here in the states Labor Day weekend is known as the last weekend of summer. But as far as the video game release schedule this year I'm going to go ahead and call it the first week of fall. This week we see the release of Spore (though not until Sunday), which has been in development for years. It's ambitious to say the least but from everything we've been seeing actually looks like it's going to deliver.

Infinite Undiscovery, Viva Pinata, and Warhammer all hit as well. Not triple-A titles but nothing to cast aside either. So the deluge of fall games begins, are you getting anything this week... or holding tight?

Mercenaries 2 released yesterday. Sometimes there's a different tune to march to.

Spore will be a wait and see for me, maybe if it goes on sale soon I'll check it out.
