I must admit with Little Big Planet coming out next week I'm loathe to pick up any of this week's releases. That being said I'm kinda sorta really wanting to get Dead Space. The more I see of the game the better it looks. I'll most likely make a snap decision and buy it, but for the moment I'll act like I have some self control and say "I'll have to think about it."

Cricket, cricket. Tumbleweed.

I know a lot of people are excited about Dead Space, but like I said before, I just couldn't get into it.

Still -- I've been holding out hope that Rock Revolution would end up being something special. Maybe that'd be worth a look.

I dug Event Horizon for the most part (though there were glaring issues) and Alien... and Dead Space looks like a cool mix of both.
