NiGHTS 2 Gets a Name

Ladies and gentlemen, the long awaited sequels to NiGHTS has been confirmed for the Wii and it has a name: NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams. Not too shabby if you ask me.

The title has a tentative Winter 2007 release date scheduled for Japan, with no word on a North American release. Considering the rabid fan base of the first game, I think the question about the North American release is going to be less of an "if" and more of a "when."

What the hell is all the hype about this game? I understand that the first one was on the Saturn and that the dude who made Sonic made it, but man, you'd think that this was the next coming of Christ the way the video game community has been acting.

you just bought a genesis. once you grab a saturn, get nights and then you'll understand.

it was also one of the first 3d games that got 3d right.
