The holiest of holy grails in the NES world is up on eBay

Racketboy accurately calls it the #1 holy grail of videogame collecting. It's so rare I've only seen a few pictures of it.

It's the Gold Plated Nintendo World Championship cart from 1990. They were given away as prizes in a Nintendo Power promotion, so could be anywhere in the country.

There's only 26 in existence, and one of them is for sale on eBay.

The grey cart version goes for a few thousand dollars, but this guy is selling the gold one for a whopping 15,000. He could probably get 10k for it, but I'm not so sure about 15k. In all honesty if I had that kind of money, I'd buy it. But I live in a 1 bedroom apt. so what the hell do I know.

Maybe someone will buy it with their PS3 profit.
