Prepare for space war! -- Galaga Legions announced

For the most part, those of us the chatted away during the Microsoft press conference agreed it was a total bust. Sure the new Gears of War trailer was eerily fantastic and Primetime Live seems to have some potential, but all in all there wasn't a whole lot coming out of the Microsoft presser that wowed us.

...and then there was Galaga Legions.

Developed by the same team behind last years redefining Pac-Man Championship Edition, Legions appears to be taking the same path to reimagined greatness. It seems to have the same vibe as Space Invaders Extreme, which if you've read our Halfies you'd know isn't half bad. Expect Galaga Legions to hit Xbox Live Arcade next month.
