505 Games cancels Rule of Rose release in the UK

RuleOfRose2.jpgGameindustry.biz is reporting that Atlus has decided not to release lightining rod "Rule of Rose" in the UK. Rule of Rose didn't get alot of attention here in the states. Even though it dealt directly with kids mentally abusing each other. If Rockstar made it, Jack Thompson's head probably would've exploded in his rush to sue them. But since they or #k games weren't involved, no one made a peep. I'll admit, the games content was creepy.

In it you play Jennifer, who's just been sent off to a boarding school. There you meet a group of girls that have their own little club, the Red Crayon Aristocrats. To make a long story short they decide they're going to give you a very hard time. That's when the mental & physical abuse, as well as the sexual overtones involving female minors starts.
