That's the buzz round the internet campfire right now anyways. People are currently lighting up bungie.net and Major Nelson like there's no tomorrow. Kevin and I thought that since no one seems to be shutting down the threads maybe, just maybe, there's something to it.

Maybe some maintence to prepare for a huge d/ling shit storm?

Rumor = Fail

Live is back up, today's Arcade download is up, the Halo 3 beta isn't.

On the plus side there is a story on Xbox.com confirming that the 360 Elite is real.
