The best Sega Saturn games still worth playing

Whenever I feel an itch to read some retro gaming stuff, I almost always end up over on Racketboy.com. The man just knows his stuff.

This time around he goes over what Sega Saturn games still make the system worth owning. And looking down this list, it's damn good. I still have my system and break it out probably once a month to get some Nights, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Typing of the Dead action on. Goddamn Sega made some funky original games back then. Course that's why I love Sega so damn much.

I agree with just about everything on the list except Tempest 2000 only getting as high as honorable mention. But that's personal preference, I think that game is just the bees knees. Check out the full write up here.

Yeah, I struggled with not putting Tempest on the main list. It's a great game, but I figured it might not appeal to the modern crowd as much.

Hmm, I just stumbled across this. I think I'll do an article on which import Saturn games are worth it.
