Sega's "Touch Darts" takes a mini-game and makes it a full game

Darts was included in the recent DS release Clubhouse Games, but that wasn't good enough for Sega who deemed darts worthy of a game all on it's own. I find it hard to believe that darts on it's own can carry a game but someone felt it necessary to release the cell phone game Diner Dash as a DS title so what do I know?
