Seems like Apple is ready to actually acknowledge that Mac users play games too. Up until now we've either had to wait months (or years) to play games on our computers, unless of course it was something made by Blizzard. Now that may be changing.

During Jobs' keynote speech and the World Wide Developers Conference, he announced a new deal with Electronic Arts to bring titles to the Mac.

Also, ID Software and John Carmack were on hand to show off something they're calling "Tech 5"... which looks like some racing game (a lot like Motorstorm actually). Apparently they'll be showing more at E3.
