You may remember the Super Famicom cartridge-turned USB hub that was circling the Internet a month or so ago. While that was a cool mod, this one tops it in every way possible. Some modders managed to fit the innards of a laptop (mostly) into a Super Famicom [technically it's a PAL SNES] and decked it out in every way one could expect - VGA port, USB adapters, an Ethernet connection, you name it. Your head may feel particularly like asploding upon realizing that the cartridge has been rigged into a DVD-RW drive. Impressive. Also nifty is how the eject button ejects the disk rather than the entire cart.
