...and maybe your ass in the hospital with the amount of caffeine contained in a single can. Siliconera crunched the numbers and figured out that the Halo 3: Mountain Dew "Game Fuel" packs more punch than a can of Red Bull. Here's the break down: A regular can of Coke (12oz.) contains 34mg of caffeine, and Mountain Dew has a lofty 55mg. The larger 20 ounce "Game Fuel" has a whopping 121mg of caffeine which means you're getting 6mg per ounce of soda. The regular Mountain Dew offers up 4.58mg and the standard Coke a now measly 2.84mg. Red Bull has 80mg of caffeine in its small 8.2oz can. As a side note, a regular caffeine pill has 100mg of caffeine... literally paling in comparison to the monstrosity that is Mountain Dew's "Game Fuel". So students and truckers, stock up for those all-nighters. This ain't no run-of-the-mill cross promotion, it's caffeine anarchy. [Siliconera]
