Luigi. Probably one of the most well-known Number 2's ever. When comparing the famous sibling duo, Luigi's taller, jumps higher, exorcises ghosts, and is more than reliable, yet Mario always seems to get top billing. The poor guy in green just can't catch a break. Well, until now.

New Jersey pop-punkers Sexy Heroes have stood up for the other Mario Bro. by not only writing a song for him, but giving him plenty of face time in their brand new music video titled "Louie Gee." Keep reading to learn more about the band, and see the video, full of Nintendo cameos.

Sexy Heroes used to be called Sexy Heroes In Transit, as it made for quite an acronym. The lead singer, Chris Watts, was one of the first friends I met in college. In the past five years, they've dropped the "In Transit," shuffled around some members and instruments, but have managed to keep the same pop-punk-with-funny-lyrics vibe. Notable songs include odes to Robert Downey Jr., Disney's Doug, and the inability to speak Spanish. They've recently played the Bamboozle fest, and you can always hear more on their website.

Sexy Heroes in Transit are amazing and deserve to be at the top with all of their hard work. The video is something they should especially be proud of. And i do agree, they remind me of old-school greenday. Kinda like the "Basket case" music video.
Mad props to the sexiest of heroes.
