The Geek Hierarchy

Furries, FTW!

GFW Radio has grown us wise to the funniest geek analysis we've ever read.  Lore Sjöberg of The Brunching Shuttlecocks presents, "The Geek Hierarchy."

The chart outlines, in extreme detail, where different groups of geeks stand in relation to each other.  As Jeff Green from GFW Magazine says, "This [list] is Gospel" and cannot be disputed.

Where on the chart do you stand?  Remember! The rule is, you are no better than your lowest position on the hierarchy.

Full chart after the jump!

After you check out the chart, make sure to hit-up GFW Radio and peep their podcast.

But not before you check out our own BitCast!

I'm actually pretty high on the chart.

I heard them talking about this, it was a riot. It's also an excellent podcast. 1Up's 1Up Yours, GFW Radio and Legendary Thread are all excellent podcasts.

lol! I love Lore Sjoberg and the Brunching Shuttlecocks. I even bought his Book of Ratings.

Anyway, I fall pretty firmly into the third tier from the top, being a person who plays video games, enjoys Heinlein, and prefers anime with subtitles.

Everything I'm part of is in the third tier. In your face people who call it Japanimation and live action role play.
