Twin Peaks, the WoW remake

I love the internet. Just when you think you've seen it all, something comes along and just blows your socks clean off. For me, this is one of those somethings. Someone has gone and taken the time to recreate the opening sequence from Twin Peaks with footage from the world of Warcraft. It's a work in progress, so don't expect 100% polish from this video. Of course, you'll probably realize that yourself when you see the "SAMPLE TEXT" pop up. Hit the jump for the original Twin Peaks video for comparison.

See? Very cool stuff. If you're in the mood for a little more Twin Peaks goodness, I've posted a comparison of a certain piece of series music to the sounds of a Wal-Mart dairy freezer over at fjetsam. And just remember kiddies - I know who killed Laura Palmer.
