What 'cha playing (Post Turkey-Day Edition)

Thanksgiving has come and gone, and I for one am still stuffed! But that hasn't stopped me from getting my hardcore game on! Since I've had a few days off (which is a first for me in the past few months) I've push aside all my responsibilities and instead filled my daily docket with games! Sweet, life-giving games!!!!!

As per usual World of Warcraft has seen the lion's share of my time, with me recently hitting level 75 and thus half way to the new level cap. Luckily I've barely scratched the surface of everything the new world has to offer. Of course a huge wedge into that time will be the just recently purchased (via steam) Fallout 3. My o my what a time sink that'll be.

Left 4 Dead is wedged into my 360 with no hope of getting out alive, and that's fine as long as I have friends around. The game hovers around the "meh" level as a single player game but rises to the upper reaches of awesome when you have friends around. Until they leave you stranded at the farmhouse that is..... Bill!

So, what are YOU playing?

Left4Dead took up most of my week, despite you meanies not letting me play with you. :**(

I've also been hooked on the Killzone 2 beta. It's like it's cherry picked my favorite elements from other multiplayer titles and put them all in one place.

And Ninjatown. Sweet sweet Ninjatown. More on that one later.

Maybe YOU left ME stranded in the Farmhouse, and as punishment I was the only one to make it out alive?

This week has seen some WoW, but mostly Left4Dead. The game is awesome, despite my lack of enthusiasm for it after playing the demo. Being able to say "Bill! Bill! Bill!" repeatedly at the annoyance of all my team members while they get pounded on by legions of zombies makes the game an "A" rating in my book.

Thanksgiving evening I spent playing Rock Band 2 for hours... the game's still just as good as ever, perhaps even moreso with the recent release of Killers songs.

Hey, I told that driver to wait, but he was just too impatient.

Getting knocked off the roof of a building 20 seconds before getting the achievement for going through an entire campaign using only a pistol seems like appropriate punishment, I suppose. =)

that did suck, no doubt about it. Call it a flaw in the game, was a tad unfair.
