It\'s a Hybrid BITCHES!

I don't know if you all watch Battlestar Galactica but the last two episodes were frakkin' awesome. Tonight is the first new episode in two weeks and I'm just about foaming at the mouth for it. They're heading into some really interesting territory right now and if you don't watch the show...well, you're an idiot.

The last couple of weeks haven't drug a whole lot of gaming out of me. I've spent some time with WoW and Lost Cities, as well as Bowling Buddies on Facebook. Last night I installed Age Of Conan on my PC for the better part of an hour so during that time I finally started Beyond Good And Evil on the PS2 after all this week's hype about the sequel.

What about ya'll? What'cha been playing?

I'm dying to go back and play BG&E again -- brilliant fun. Easily makes my top 10 all time favorite games list. I'm going to have to hunt down a copy.

So what have I been playing this week?

Buku Sudoku, Singstar Amped, Mahjong Escape: Ancient China, and of course, SNK Classics Volume 1.

Yeah, BSG! What can you say about it that does it justice? How can they wrap it all up? And what will be worth watching when it's gone?

I started a new game of BG&E last weekend, never expecting a sequel to ever be made. Trying to get all the pearls/photos. Such a great world to explore. Great characters; fun mechanics. The new trailer is disturbing, though. Realistic Pey'j the pigman is no longer whimsical and endearing. He's kinda...nightmarish!

On Yahtzee's recommendation I picked up Painkiller and have been having quite a bit of fun with it. He's right, it is what Doom III should've been: A dark game where you murder tons of dudes. No more no less.

I've also been throwing down in some Metroid Prime 3 again. I just can't seem to get enough of it.

Woot! I've got a copy of BG&E sitting in my drawer that I haven't gotten around to playing yet. Looks like it is time to give it some attention.

Rock Band

WoW

But I've gotta ask: With all the hype that AoC has had, is it worth it? Better than WoW? Completely different? The AoC website doesn't give much in the way of details and I'm sort of looking for someone's actual experience with it to determine whether it's worth getting into another MMO.
