eets.jpgYesterday we reported that Microsoft was giving us another twofer XBLA Wednesday -- but if you log on to Live this morning you'll probably notice that Eets isn't there. Instead Pinball FX is sitting their on Live all by it's lonely self.  So what's the story?

Here's the word from AceyBongo, a member of the Xbox Live team;

I've just been speaking to the Marketplace team and it has come to our attention that there's an issue with Eets Chowdown, one of today's new Xbox Live Arcade game. We're investigating the problem now and it should be fixed soon, but in the meantime the team is going to pull both the trial game and the full download from Marketplace.

  • If you were planning to download Eets Chowdown: Please wait until it goes back up on Marketplace. When it does, it will be fixed.
  • If you have already downloaded Eets Chowdown: Once the game goes back up you will be able to re-download the fixed version without paying again. I'll let you know when you can do this.

Should be able to update you on this soon. Sorry for the hassle and thanks for your patience!

So there you have it! Many thanks to AceyBongo for giving us an update. Let's all hope this gets resolved today - Pinball FX sucks monkey chum.
