Got the Humanoid! Come with me and take a look behind the curtain won't you? This week's episode has a little behind the scenes chatter leading up to our "start" of the podcast, mostly because we thought it was funny and since we actually came in under and hour figured what the hell. Funny story, we thought this podcast as fucked cause of some audio glitch but closing and opening the files seemed to fix the problem... thank god we tried that. Well, another barn burner. Really can't figure out how this one got so long, we even had one less person. Blame me really, I think I'm a crappy host. At least I had two people along for the ride that helped make things interesting! This week we talk about: - What we've been playing
- News Bits:
- Stormfront Studios shuts down
- Dual Shock 3 ships; Sixaxis discontinued
- Sam and Max hitting the Wii (fall)
- Penny Arcade Digital Distribution Service
- PC Madden cancelled
- Live problems Friday night?

It's our 40th show! As Jimmy might say, les w00t! This special occasion is marked by having only our first lady staffer join the show as Faith sits in with the boys as Dan sits this one out. Ryan and Jimmy also join me to help create our most epic, David Lean-esque effort to date. Grab a comfy chair and a good set of headphones, this one's a doozy! This week we get all delighted about: - Whatcha Been Playing?
- The Games Of 2008 That Make Us So Happy We Do The Dance Of Joy!
- News Bits & Other Bytes

This week we were plagued with a number of technical and scheduling issues that prevented us from doing this the way it was intended but it was a blessing in disguise as this week we get a special treat: Jim and his wife Hailea take the issues to task and come out on the other side a better couple for it. Well, they were pretty much the same at the beginning, but I like to think that they are even closer now after having shared the wonderful experience of recording a BBPS BitCast. They lovingly discuss such things as: Right click to save or click play on the player below. TheBBPS Episode 04 - The Jim & Hailea Edition

Late Friday night recordings might be the way to go for us. I think I can speak for Dan and Jim saying that I had a blast doing the show last night. It was very disgustingly enlightening. You'll see. This week we get all disgusted about: Show Notes: - Kev's playing an obscure little shooter called Nanostray.
- We talk about Project AMR2 -- Another Metroid 2 Remake. Click here for the tech demo.
- Dan's knowledge of obscure NES games knows no bounds -- here's some more deets on City Connection.
- Last but not least, ladies and gentlemen ...the Diva Cup.

There wasn't a prevalent theme in the gaming world last week nor was there a super-duper major news happening so we decided to focus our show on a slightly expanded News Bits & Other Bytes this week to fill things out. This week we get all mic'd-up on: - Whatcha Been Playing?
- News Bits & Other Bytes
- New Releases

We add what might turn out to be a permanent fourth to the mix and have dazzling results! What's not so dazzling this week? Listening to me for the first half hour or so before I realized that I had the wrong mic input selected and can't say Ryan's simple last name correctly. Good times. This week we get all four-way on: - Whatcha Been Playing?
- Battlefield Heroes and The Future Of Free Games
- New Releases

Sony's poised to have a pretty big year and yesterday some nice news came out of the Sony camp. To show our excitement for the recent announcements and to spread some love their way we decided to dedicate our entire show to the company and their product. No money came our way, we swear. That's not to say we would be opposed to accepting some sort of paid promotion. *wink-wink, nudge-nudge* This week we spread our Sony love all over: - Whatcha Been Playing?
- Phil Harrison Leaves Sony
- Dualshock 3 Dated and Priced
- MGS 4 Dated, Bundled
- God Of War PSP Bundled

Hey, you didn't forget about this, didja? We're confident that we can jump back on the weekly podcast train and get these rolling out the door to enlighten all of you. It felt good to get back to this, honestly, it's my favorite part of the site...then again, it sort of is my baby. Anyway, we like doing it, and we like podcasting (OH!), so here it is. Enjoy! This week we jive about: - Where Ya Been? / Whatcha Been Playing?
- The King Of Kong: A Mouthful Of Discussion
- News Bits & Other Bytes
