Burn! Hot-Blooded Rhythm Soul! Ouendan 2 coming for the Nintendo DS |

I’ve yet to play Ouendan for the DS, and I know I’m missing out. Elite Beat Agents was in all liklihood a poor substitute. I’d much rather be playing some goofy J-pop song than Madonna’s Material Girl. But every time I look into buying it, the price just scares me off. It’s just a little to rich for my blood, especially since I’ve played EBA, so the game won’t be a fresh experience for me.
But now that a sequal’s been announced, I might just have to step up and buy one of them. Slated for release this year and titled Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2 (Burn! Hot Blooded Rhythm Soul!) it promises the same goofy storylines and no-doubt addicting gameplay.

Two words boys and girls, two words: FUCK YES.
Has a release date been announced with it?

Meh. I might see about it.
Hopefully with the inevitable localisation, they’ll use some tunes that, you know, don’t suck ass.

Hot damn yes! I thought a Wii version might have been possible, but I think there’s still a section of my DS’s touch screen that isn’t horribly scratched up, and I’m out of songs to S in Hard Rock (muhahaha) so I bring on EBA 2!
