Now, where were we?

The last time I wrote this feature, which was way back in June, Dan and I were just about to get our mounts. Shortly thereafter we did and then something happened that I was warned about: I lost interest in the game. Hitting 40 and getting your mount is a big deal and the first goal you really work towards in this game, but then there’s nothing to look forward to until you’re at least 60 and can start doing some of the high end raids and instances. Couple that with how much longer it takes to level and you have a gaming experience that really isn’t worth looking forward to unless you’re in a very active guild, which YEAH WORD COTTON is definitely not. Well, at least it’s not for now. We want you to join us. Read on.

You know how a game like Rock Band might be fun to play alone, but it’s way better to be with friends? WoW is kind of the same way. I’ll spend much more time playing it when I’m playing with Dan, and when Jimmy and Hailea were still playing it was a blast. (Pssssttt, I hear they might be joining back up soon!) I recently found out that my step-brother is going to be playing again soon and that my brother and his wife have a handful of mid level characters on my server (Dalaran). Hopefully this means that our guild will be alive and kicking better than ever! So yes, this is a plea for those of you with accounts to log on to Dalaran, create an Alliance character and join our guild!

Worried about leveling? The most recent patch (2.3) takes care of that for you. Between levels 20 and 60 you now level like crazy. With us around to guide you through some of the level grinding it will go even quicker. Imagine how fun it would be to run around Azeroth like a pack of crazed dogs taking down raids and instances left and right like they’re nothing. We’re not going to ask you to create a certain class, we’ll figure out how to play with whatever we have around. We started the guild for this site, and we have a Ventrillo server to use so we don’t have to muck around with that inferior quality in-game chat client. There’s really no reason NOT to join the guild! If you need more info, hit me up!
