I'd probably try to delete the gamertag off your machine and then re-download it. If not, it's sad to say but you're best bet would be to call customer support. Ugh, that is a brick wall. I use a memory card and keep all my in-progress games as well as my account on there. That way everything is with me wherever I go. My only complaint is that the little gray plastic bit on the memory card seems to be asking to be snapped off. I got my card used so I don't have the clear case.
