Who has two thumbs, smiles, and loves playin’ him some Ticket to Ride? This guy!
So obviously I’m picking up this European expansion pack for the game, which is adding both a new map and some more pieces (like ferries and tunnels). It smacks of a rip-off, hell the game JUST launched a few weeks back. And this pack is $7.50 when the original game was $10.
Normally that would probably have me screaming from the rooftops about what’s wrong with DLC and how getting nickle and dimed sucks. But I’m too busy routing a train from NY to LA to care. Sue me. I play a mean game of Ticket to Ride.

I’ve got the problem that i just picked this game up, and all of a sudden a load of the (seemingly) small amount of people playing online will be using a new map which i’m gonna have to pay through the nose for if i want to carry on gaming online. I’m not too impressed with how quick this has happened, i was just hittimg my groove. Another couple of months might have refreshed it for a lot of owners, kept it new when they’d played the previous map to death.

That’s a good point actually. hopefully when setting up a match you’ll be able to choose “all maps” or something similar so it’ll just pair up best it can.
