I’d like to think that unlocking stuff in SSBB was harder than just pressing start over and over….

I have no clue what made me think of this video, but somehow it just popped into my head. A few years back at an older job we tortured a co-worker with this song after realizing we liked to say “whatever.” I’m sure it’s one of those things where “you had to be there” but trust me the shit was hi-larious. In a way it was our own version of the RickRoll, only we only ever did it to this one guy.

So anyways I pull up the video, laugh my ass off…. then think of how much goofy fun this would be in Rock Band. Goofy in that “Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld” way. Sure, it’s not challenging…. but it ain’t like “Still Alive” is going to make you sweat either.

There aren’t many developers that would go through the trouble of making such high quality material to go along with a patch. Then again, Blizzard ain’t just your normal developer. This big ‘ol patch promises to add a whole lot of new content and some major changes. Check out the lore trailer below:

Wow…. wow. Talk about a spot on riff on the classic Spy Hunter game. Whoever made this spot is no doubt a fan of the arcade classic. I mean everything about it is just perfect.

Of course this doesn’t make me want to buy the car, since the Pontiac G8 is, well, a Pontiac. But bravo to the ad company who came up with this.
