We’ve definitely moved away from posting these Zero Punctuation reviews every week, but this one made me laugh enough that I felt like it was post worthy. The guy’s grasp of the metaphor almost makes me wish he’d ditch the fast-talking thing and write a column somewhere.

Bionic Commando: Rearmed on the PS3 works with remote play? Sweet!

Ok, I didn’t end up picking the game up last week (360 or PS3) but now seeing that it does indeed work with the PS3/PSP remote play that Sony seems to love to ignore I’m suddenly very very interested.

Seriously, why is this feature of the PS3 and PSP not talked about more? It’s like it’s some hidden gem that Sony doesn’t want everyone knowing about. Which boggles my mind cause it’s a fraking kick-ass feature. Just another reason to start to questing why we’re paying 50 bucks a year for Xbox Live when we get the PSN for free.



Microsoft declares August the “Summer of Arcade” Calendar makers miffed

It’s been a while since there were any stellar titles on Live Arcade that had me foaming at the mouth. As a matter of fact I can’t even remember the last game I bought on the service. It looks like Microsoft was getting a little tired of me spending my dollars elsewhere, and announced five HUGE Live Arcade releases for the month of August. Ok — four HUGE Live Arcade releases …and Braid.
