The trend of videogame related NASCAR sponsorships continue. Last year we showed off the Nintendo Wii and Halo 3 paintjobs, and now following suit is Activisions latest dead horse Guitar Hero game.

The paint job is for one race only, June 29th at New Hampshire Motor Speedway which is the same day as the game’s release. There’s also going to be a Guitar Hero trailer set up in the fan area for people to check out the game if they want to.

Not to be outdone by Ninteno’s Wii Car, Target and Microsoft are sponsoring a Nascar car during the upcoming race at Dover Raceway in Delaware on Sunday, Sept. 23. I’ll actually be at the race (bonding with dear old dad) for my first race ever.

Before I was kinda “meh” about the whole thing but now I can cheer for either the 360 or the Wii to win! Which one shall I choose?
