Get Itagaki on the phone, he’ll know what to do.

First4Figures presents Ninja Gaiden II’s Ryu statue

by the hammer of Dan Zuccarelli!

It’s certainly sweet, sadly attached to a not-so-sweet price tag. This little bad boy will set you back $350 when it’s released early next year. It’s rather large though measuring 18 inches tall, 31 if you include the crazy scythe weapon he’s carrying.

The base is covered in artificial grass and features Ryu walking through a graveyard of swords from fallen warriors.
He comes equipped with his signature Dragon Sword, Eclipse Scythe, and a Falcon’s Talon. At 1/4 scale, Ryu stands at 18 inches tall and when you include his Eclipse Scythe, he stands at 31 inches tall (that’s over 2½ feet)!

First4Figures have made a habit of releasing high-quality high-price video game statues, so the quality of the statue is definitely high. It’s just the price that’ll stop 99.9% of us from buying one. But hey, if you’re interested in it… here’s the link!

Ask a Ninja invades the Xbox Live Marketplace

by the hammer of Dan Zuccarelli!

Finally, after all these years of running the site (almost 2!) I get to make a Ask a Ninja reference. Yea, Ask a Ninja is old news to internet pros but guess what? It’s still funny as hell. Here we are with the first 2 videos sponsored by Ninja Gaiden 2. Whoever thought up getting Ask a Ninja to help promote Ninja Gaiden is a damn genius.

If you decide to go digging into the Ask a Ninja past episodes, I recommend the Pirates of the Caribbean review.
