This week we were plagued with a number of technical and scheduling issues that prevented us from doing this the way it was intended but it was a blessing in disguise as this week we get a special treat: Jim and his wife Hailea take the issues to task and come out on the other side a better couple for it. Well, they were pretty much the same at the beginning, but I like to think that they are even closer now after having shared the wonderful experience of recording a BBPS BitCast.

After Gold, Silver, and Crystal came Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, then Fire Red and Leaf Green, all on the GBA.

What a stupid hole....j/k that was a great show. It was nice to hear a feminine voice on topic. Speaking of which, how did you do it Jimmy? I can't get my girl friend to play anything aside from GH II and/or Wii Sports.

Danny, what I've learned is that if they're not into it, they're just not into it. How many activities of hers are you interested in? Do you watch Grey's Anatomy with her (if she's into that)?

There's no real way to "get your girl into gaming" and there's been a bunch of articles on the subject. They have to want to do something.

Lol.. She wouldn't have to. The St. Catharines Culring Club is a two minute walk from my front door. I can go any time I want. smilies/tongue.gif

You know, I was watching my Islanders get there asses kicked on Versus the other day and they had a commercial for the National Curling Championships and I couldn't help but laugh. Does anyone actually attend those events?

Curling rules. If it wasn't for hockey, Curling would be the national sport of Canada.

Hockey isn't the Canadian National sport, it's actually lacrosse.

Just a little canuckle tidbit for ya! (and a surprising one at that)

Is this a case like here in the state where the official national sport is baseball but everyone and their mother knows that it's actually football?

I don't think so, I think it was a marketing ploy. Seeing as not many people watch the only purely Canadian sport that isn't hockey.
